Terms of use
Last updated:
FuelFeed is run by Róbert Nikulásson (Lucency), Iceland. By using FuelFeed you agree to these terms. Contact: support@lucency.dev.
Fair play
FuelFeed only works if the help is real. So:
- Use one account per person.
- No fake accounts, and no groups that trade fuel with each other.
- No copied or empty feedback.
- Don't mark feedback as shipped unless you changed your product because of it.
If someone breaks these rules, we can take back the fuel they earned that way, hide their launches, and close their accounts. Fuel is also taken back automatically when 2 or more different makers rate the same person's feedback as junk within 14 days. Only the fuel that feedback earned is taken back. If a maker has rated 10 or more answers and comments and called more than 70% of them junk, their junk ratings don't count.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post: launches, images, comments, and feedback. By posting it, you give FuelFeed permission to show it, and to make public launches available to search engines and AI tools.
Only post what you have the right to post. Nothing that is:
- illegal, or helps someone break the law
- hateful, harassing, or threatening
- sexual
- spam, a scam, phishing, or malware
- someone else's work, name, or private information, posted without their permission
Róbert, who runs FuelFeed, decides what breaks these rules. He can hide any launch, remove any content, and close accounts that keep breaking them. He may do this without warning.
Free launches and the badge
A free launch goes live when we find the FuelFeed badge on a public page you own. It can stay on the boards for 30 days, as long as the badge stays there.
We check once a day. If we miss the badge 2 times in a row, your launch leaves the boards until a check finds it again. If we can't load your page, that counts as a miss. A failed “Check again” on a live launch counts as a miss too. The launch page stays up either way.
The website link on a free launch's page is marked nofollow, which tells search engines not to count it as a recommendation.
Launch tiers, fuel, and payments
- Launch tiers, fuel packs, and featured weeks are one-time payments in US dollars. There are no subscriptions.
- Polar is the merchant of record. It sells to you, takes the payment, and handles sales tax.
- Our prices are launch prices and may go up later; what you bought stays yours.
- A paid tier needs no badge. Its followed website link stays for as long as the launch page exists, including after a relaunch.
- A featured week puts your launch in the sidebar for 7 days from its start. It starts as soon as one of the 4 slots is free, and you see the start date before you pay. We can reject a featured week, for example if the launch breaks these terms. If we reject a week, or it can't run, we refund what you paid for it.
- Fuel has no cash value. You can't transfer it or withdraw it, and it only ranks launches on FuelFeed.
No guarantees
FuelFeed is provided as is. We don't promise any rankings, traffic, or feedback, or that the site will always be available.
We may change FuelFeed or these terms. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed, and using FuelFeed after a change means you accept it.
